Welcome to PayPulDrama, a short-drama streaming application developed and operated by cv. indah Berkah ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the PayPulDrama mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute, screenshot, record, or download any content except as expressly allowed by the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- circumvent any paywall, DRM, or content-protection measures;
- use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or to distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful material;
- create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, promotions, or refunds.
3. Accounts & Subscription
Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Certain content may require coins, in-app purchases, or a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, through your app store settings. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's policy and, where required, by local consumer protection law.
4. Content
All dramas, titles, scripts, artwork, audio, and trademarks made available through the Service are the property of cv. indah Berkah or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We do not guarantee that the catalog will remain unchanged; titles may be added, rotated, or removed at any time.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content will meet every preference.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cv. indah Berkah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how cv. indah Berkah ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PayPulDrama application and website (the "Service").

- Usage data: titles watched, watch history, progress, preferences, and in-app interactions.
- Device & log data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash logs.
- Payment data: transaction records processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: emails or messages you send to us, including support requests.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- personalize recommendations and your home feed;
- process subscriptions, in-app purchases, and rewards;
- detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us run the app — hosting, analytics, payment processing, content delivery, and customer support — under contracts that require them to protect your data.
